4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
4.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your jl100 balance. Over-the-counter deposits via 7-Eleven and Cebuana Lhuillier are processed within two (2) hours during business hours.
4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are only available to verified account holders who have completed the identity verification process. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. jl100 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 10–30 minutes. Bank transfers are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
4.6 Withdrawal Fees. jl100 does not charge withdrawal fees on amounts of ₱500 or above. Withdrawals below ₱500 may be subject to a processing fee, which will be disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request.
4.7 Payment Method Consistency. jl100 reserves the right to require that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as an anti-money laundering measure.
4.8 Refused Transactions. jl100 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or in breach of applicable law.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions offered by jl100 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's terms.

6.7 Live Sabong. Live sabong betting is conducted on streams from licensed cockpit arenas in the Philippines. Bets are final once confirmed. jl100 is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations of sabong events caused by the arena operator or circumstances beyond jl100's control. In the event of a cancelled fight, bets will be voided and stakes returned.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.4 jl100 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by jl100 may escalate their complaint to the relevant regulatory authority.
